Many of our clients are in hyper-growth mode, either doubling their size or preparing to file for IPO within the next few years. We also help startups find key hires after recent funding rounds and launch new teams as they expand. We work within disrupting industries and products (heath tech, fintech, digital marketing, big data, SaaS) and hire for multiple tech and non-tech roles (engineers, analysts, sales, marketing, product, etc.).

As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll work right beside our Recruiting team in NYC to seek out the best talent for our clients using creative means and your ‘glowing’ personality. Let’s just say, we’re not afraid to use humor and we’ve been known to enhance Job Descriptions with storytelling and GIF’s (If only we could insert them here…).
In this role, you’ll:
Use your detective skills to find and engage passive candidates through the use of Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques
Build talent pipelines through referrals, internet tools and sourcing campaigns
Screen resumes and phone interview candidates to determine if they’re the right fit for the role
Infiltrate the NYC tech scene by attending industry events and becoming a true connector
Learn about the most innovative companies and work directly with their teams (who are some of the most passionate people you’ll ever meet)
Train alongside a seasoned recruiter to learn how to successfully place a candidate with a client, and within time, become a full-time Yeeldr Recruiter as well.
You may be the right person if you:
Possess a Bachelor Degree and/or
Have an understanding and ability to talk about technology platforms, coding languages, and/or social media tools.
Have 1-3 years of work experience (recruiting or sales experience a plus)
Have a passion for the startup scene
Learn quickly and can work with little guidance
Are not afraid of using technology or new software
Like working within a small team
Have a great personality
Pay attention to details and instructions
